Find reflections faster, get a clearer view of scorecard results, and turn development goals into more practical actions.
Since introducing the refreshed WeMatter, we’ve been improving the moments between opening a page and finding something useful. This update helps you return to a reflection, understand where support might be needed, and make the next development step more concrete.
Find the reflection you need
Preparing for a conversation shouldn’t mean scrolling through every comment. Search and filters now make it easier to explore reflections in scorecard results and profile ratings, alongside people’s answers in Foundation results and feedback in Engagement Signals.
When your search matches something someone has written, the relevant row opens and highlights the words in context. Clearer author cards help you see whose perspective you’re reading, while consistent See and Hide controls keep longer lists manageable.
Organisation admins can also search for a person within a reviewer’s Scoring Analysis list and sort by raw score, adjusted score or change. On individual profiles, activity search helps you find a particular update within the week you’re viewing.
See what deserves attention
Scorecard insights have a more readable layout, with a short summary and focused sections explaining what’s working, what needs attention and where to focus. Detailed engagement and performance insights sit alongside their respective results.
We’ve also refined Areas to watch. These now identify low ratings or genuine declines, rather than flagging a healthy rating simply because it is among someone’s lowest. A rating that is improving but still low can remain visible, recognising progress while keeping the need for support clear.
Performance summary bars now count individual competencies consistently across scorecards, profiles and people views, including those not yet rated.
Turn goals into clearer actions
When you generate an individual goal in the new platform, each achievable now has a concise title and a fuller description explaining the work and what completion should look like.
That gives you a clearer starting point for agreeing the task with your manager and recognising when it is done. You can refine the wording as you work together, and achievable descriptions are now readable and editable in Classic too.

A smoother everyday experience
You’ll also notice more consistent profile photos, less movement as pages load, and clearer editor lists on goals and frameworks. People with access through an administrator or applicable WeMatter lead role are grouped together, with the individual members available to inspect.
